Job Description
We are seeking a Data & AI Lead for a small Innovation Hub to deliver proofs of concept (PoCs) and reusable assets, for various usecases withn Financial Services, with a focus on GRC domains (AML, Financial Crime, Risk & Compliance).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Data & AI PoCs and innovation prototypes
- Build reusable technical assets, accelerators, and reference architectures
- Design governed semantic and logical data layers
- Implement data virtualization and federated data access patterns
- Apply DataOps and MLOps practices for repeatable PoC delivery
- Design cloud-native solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP (based on client needs)
- Shape GenAI / LLM PoCs (RAG, knowledge retrieval, case summarization, data discovery)
- Develop domain-aligned data models for AML, Risk, and Compliance
- Mentor and lead a small engineering team (2–5 members)
- Present PoC outcomes to business, IT, and compliance stakeholders
