Job Description

We are seeking a Data & AI Lead for a small Innovation Hub to deliver proofs of concept (PoCs) and reusable assets, for various usecases withn Financial Services, with a focus on GRC domains (AML, Financial Crime, Risk & Compliance).


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of PoCs and reusable assets across financial services especially GRC use cases.
  • Architect governed semantic data layers.
  • Design cloud-native PoC solutions on AWS.
  • Guide domain rationalisation for AML, Risk, and Compliance data.
  • Identify and shape GenAI / LLM PoCs (e.g., case summarisation, data discovery).
  • Ensure solutions meet security, governance, and regulatory expectations.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of 2–3 engineers.
