Job Description
We are seeking a Data & AI Lead for a small Innovation Hub to deliver proofs of concept (Po Cs) and reusable assets, for various usecases withn Financial Services, with a focus on GRC domains (AML, Financial Crime, Risk & Compliance).
Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of Po Cs and reusable assets across financial services especially GRC use cases. Architect governed semantic data layers. Design cloud-native Po C solutions on AWS . Guide domain rationalisation for AML, Risk, and Compliance data. Identify and shape Gen AI / LLM Po Cs (e.g., case summarisation, data discovery). Ensure solutions meet security, governance, and regulatory expectations . Lead and mentor a small team of 2–3 engineers . Present outcomes and value to business, IT, and compliance stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience
Relevant years of experience of 10-12 years.
Data architecture, data modeling, data virtualisation, and data integration experience is a must.
