Key Responsibilities
Storage Monitoring & Health
Perform regular monitoring of SAN-NASand VSANstorage arrays using tools likeActiveIQ,VROPSARIA OPERATION,OCUM, andBlueXP.
Identifyand report anomalies or incidents to Kyndryl and ensuretimelyresolution.
Capacity & Cost Management
Conduct bi-weekly capacity checks with Kyndryl's Capacity Management team.
Analyze storage growth, 'days to full' metrics, and backup statuses.
Validate RU (Resource Usage) reports and ORION/HENKAvalues to ensureaccuratebilling and cost control.
Project & Optimization Initiatives
Lead and support optimization projectsinitiatedby Architects or Delivery Managers.
Collaborate withKyndryl(Provider)and internal teams to execute storage improvement initiatives....
