This role provides the opportunity to assist Danish-speaking customers by delivering outstanding support related to online shopping, orders, and product inquiries.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries from Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding orders, product information, returns, and shipping.
  • Provide timely and accurate assistance to resolve customer concerns and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Process orders, returns, and complaints following company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address issues and enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Stay updated on the latest products, promotions, and policies of the web shop.
