What You Will Do

  • Assist customers via phone, email, and messaging in Danish and English
  • Support customers with reservations, payments, account inquiries, and general requests
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when required
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Deliver a positive and professional customer experience

Requirements

  • Danish communication skills required (C1 level or above)
  • Good English communication skills required (B2 level or above)
