Damp and Mould Surveyor

I am currently assisting a client within the West Midlands area that is currently hiring for a Damp and Mould surveyor position with a focus on delivering proactive and details diagnosis.

The most ideal candidates will have a history of working within local authorities and/or Housing Associations to assess Damp, Mould and Condensation cases.

Responsibilities

• Help on disrepairs casework and prepare the client for Awaabs Law and beyond
• Regularly inspect properties and scope works
• Undertake diagnosis of all DMC issues so issues can be properly rectified

Requirements

• Experience in DMC issues and remedial actions
• Knowledge on Awaabs Law in theory and application

Package

• 6-month contract
• Negotiable rate DOE
• Hybrid/Flexible working
• Potential for extension
