THE ROLE
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring current brand structures are aligned with the brand initiative plan, proposing optimization and reorganization when necessary.Training brand teams on content release processes within the DAM for local market use.Managing copyright compliance and archiving of content.Enforcing workflow standards for asset ingestion, categorization, permissions, version control, delivery, and expiration.Deprecating duplicate, obsolete, and non-compliant assets in a timely manner.Upholding metadata and file-naming conventions across all asset categories and educating stakeholders on these standards.Supporting cross-functional teams (Content Hubs, Marketing, Merchandising, Digital) to improve the asset release process.Supervising external partners responsible for asset uploads (including 360 content such as Merch, E-Com, Digital, and Adver...
