Job Description

THE ROLE

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring current brand structures are aligned with the brand initiative plan, proposing optimization and reorganization when necessary.

  • Training brand teams on content release processes within the DAM for local market use.

  • Managing copyright compliance and archiving of content.

  • Enforcing workflow standards for asset ingestion, categorization, permissions, version control, delivery, and expiration.

  • Deprecating duplicate, obsolete, and non-compliant assets in a timely manner.

  • Upholding metadata and file-naming conventions across all asset categories and educating stakeholders on these standards.

  • Supporting cross-functional teams (Content Hubs, Marketing, Merchandising, Digital) to improve the asset release process.
