Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Monitor and analyse global dairy market fundamentals, pricing trends, and broader developments to support trading decisions
- Execute purchase and sale transactions, manage negotiations and support strategic position-taking alongside senior traders
- Develop and manage relationships with clients and suppliers, including contributing to new business origination
