Dairy Process Operator - Growth, Safety & Quality

Mataura Valley Milk in Gore seeks motivated Process Operators to join the Process Operations Team. You will help ensure safe, efficient production of high‑quality dairy powders, monitoring and controlling plant processes and complying with SOPs and regulatory requirements.

You will have exposure to milk reception, wet mix, drying and evaporation, with opportunities to rotate across areas and receive ongoing training and development.
