**Dairy Operator- Erlanger, KY**
**PURPOSE:** To perform all duties necessary to safely manufacture quality Dairy formulations for shipment to Wild customers.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Work safely. Use training and daily awareness to ensure the safety of all Wild employees and visitors. Report unsafe conditions (and any equipment breakdowns) to Dairy or other Team Leaders.
+ Operate all dairy blending systems according to instructions, including homogenizers, filters and metal detectors (simultaneously if necessary).
+ Clean the above equipment and entire work area as assigned (including Master Sanitation Schedule).
+ Read, understand and follow all manufacturing instructions listed on Manufacturing Orders.
