Summary
We're seeking an ODN Coordinator. The primary objective of this role is Complaint Ticket escalation to relevant ODN Access departments.
Key Responsibilities
· Familiar with MS-Office especially Words, Excel and PowerPoint.
· Familiar with MS-Outlook with use of English in email communications.
· Inter-departmental coordination skills
· Communication skills (internal and external)
· Interdepartmental Ticket Escalation
· Manage Ticketing Operation
Requirement:
· Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE-CIT)
· Age bracket below 25 years.
· Familiar with GPON technology
· Effective response to the service disruption events and ensure timely escalation.
· One to two year experience will be preferred
