Strong experience with D365 Customer Service module

Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps pipelines (CI/CD for D365 & Power Platform)

Strong expertise in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) for Dynamics 365

Experience in defining and managing environment strategies (Dev/Test/UAT/Prod)

Strong knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)

Ability to lead technical design discussions and architecture reviews
