A TrackWise Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the TrackWise Quality Management System (QMS) to meet business and regulatory requirements. The role involves gathering business requirements, designing workflows, customizing modules (CAPA, Deviations, Complaints, Change Control), and ensuring system validation compliance. The consultant collaborates with cross-functional teams, performs system upgrades, troubleshooting, and user training, and ensures adherence to industry standards such as FDA and GxP guidelines.
