Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior D365 Developer with strong expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform to help build and configure an
Adaptive Voice Bot
solution. This role is focused on the configuration and automation layer—bringing together Microsoft Copilot Studio, Omni-channel for Customer Service, and Power Automate to deliver a seamless voice-driven customer experience.

You will work closely with functional and solution architects to support an MVP by configuring bots, voice routing, and backend automation within Dynamics 365.
