Role Overview

We are seeking a developer who excels in the Power Platform to bring our Adaptive Voice Bot to life. You will focus on the configuration layer, setting up Microsoft Copilot Studio, configuring Omni-channel for Customer Service, and building Power Automate flows to glue the processes together.

Key Responsibilities

• Bot Configuration: configure Copilot Studio (Power Virtual Agents) topics, entities, and variables for voice interactions.
• Voice Setup: Configure Azure Communication Services (ACS) and Omni-channel voice workstreams (phone numbers, routing rules).
• Prior experience with Azure Communication Services (ACS) is required as training will not be provided.
• Automation: Build Power Automate Cloud Flows to create Cases in D365 based on bot triggers.
• D365 Customization: Handle standard Dataverse configuration (Forms, Views, Fields, Security Roles) to support the MVP.
