Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Development & Configuration

  • Deliver high-quality development across D365 modules, including Customer Insight Journeys, Sales, Fundraising & Engagement.
  • Build and maintain customisations, including plugins, JavaScript, Ribbon Workbench, Power Automate flows, and model-driven app components.
  • Implement Azure-based integrations, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.
  • Build and maintain Canvas and Model-Driven apps using Power Platform components.

Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) & Roadmap

  • Contribute to lifecycle planning and application roadmap development.
  • Evaluate Microsoft release waves; assess impacts and plan upgrades accordingly.
  • Maintain healthy application assets, including solutions, integrations, workflows, and configurations.
