Overview
The Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Functional Administrator supports production systems by resolving tickets, configuring features, and improving workflows. This role focuses on daily system stability and enhancements.
Responsibilities
Triage production issues and resolve functional tickets
Configure and maintain D365 F&O modules
Support ongoing enhancements and system improvements
Work with business users to gather requirements
Troubleshoot system issues and recommend solutions
Assist with post go live optimization efforts
Partner with offshore teams and provide onshore coverage
