D365 Accounts Payable Automation Specialist (ExFlow)

Location: Remote within Europe (candidates can be based anywhere in Europe; however, quarterly travel may be required around Europe or to Finland. Travel costs will be covered)

Working mode: Remote

Salary Budget: Approx. Euros 170 per day

Employment type: 1 year contract renewable

Role Overview

Lead the implementation and optimization of ExFlow (SignUp Software) within Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain, ensuring a touchless, compliant, and efficient vendor invoice process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run solution design workshops to map as‑is manual AP processes to to‑be automated ExFlow workflows.
  • Configure OCR & data capture (ExFlow Data Capture or integrated OCR) to maximize header and line‑level recognition.
