Position: D2C Online Sales & Customer Support Executive

Reports to: Marketing & Sales Head

The ideal candidate will have a background in the fashion industry, strong product knowledge, and the ability to convert online interest into sales while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Boost Online Sales
• Manage product listings, descriptions, and images to reflect brand aesthetics.
• Drive conversions through offers, upselling, cross-selling, and styling recommendations.
• Monitor sales analytics, traffic, and conversion rates to improve performance.
• Coordinate with marketing for new launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Recover abandoned carts through follow-up strategies.
