Key Responsibilities

Growth, Performance & Online Business

  • Own and scale paid acquisition across Meta & Google with full budget responsibility.
  • End to End execution of performance marketing, CRO CAC, ROAS, LTV, and contribution margins .
  • Build and manage a structured creative testing framework (hooks, formats, messaging).
  • Scale revenue profitably across Vaayu’s D2C website and marketplaces.
  • Track performance dashboards and translate insights into action.

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop and execute integrated brand and marketing strategies aligned with Vaayu’s premium fashion positioning.
  • Ensure consistent brand storytelling across digital, retail, and campaign touchpoints.
  • Strengthen Vaayu’s presence in the luxury & contemporary fashion ecosystem.
