Summary This position is located at School Age Center, McAlester, OK. Child and Youth Services (CYS) Employee Childcare Fee applicable to employees working at least 15 hours per week: First Child: 100% childcare fee discount (all CYS employees) Second and Subsequent Child:25% childcare fee discount (all CYS employees) Incentives and Bonuses Incentives and bonuses will not be paid. Responsibilities Serves as a first level supervisor for assigned staff and assists the Director in the supervision of the day-to-day operation of the program/activity. The incumbent reports and works directly with the Director with minimum supervision. Assists with providing program oversight and accountability for the performance of employees, the safety of children, and customer needs. Supervises staff to include assigning work, conducting performance reviews, and approving leave.
