End to end management of the shift activities

·Supervising and coordinating proofing activities

·EHS

·To take full responsibility of the shift in terms of management of staff, management of production and quality targets

·Ensure the smooth running of the production processes

·Color shade matching with sample jobs or old proofs.

·Proof reading via prints check software.

·Documentation and record keeping of proof samples for future reference

·To provide data for preparing daily reports of no. of cylinder rejected.

·Adherence to all laid down procedures of quality

·Prepare move order for the materials in ERP.

·Entry of Cylinders in ERP.

·Preparing various reports COA reports, Customer Complaint reports for MIS purpose.
