**Job Title: Cycle Counter / Inventory Specialist**
**Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm $25/hr**
**Responsibilities**
+ Conduct daily cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
+ Research inventory discrepancies and determine root cause.
+ Reconcile inventory variance or recommend adjustments.
+ Administer the FIFO program during the inventory process.
+ Report any out of line conditions or damaged equipment.
+ Collaborate to develop recommendations for improving inventory accuracy and handling.
+ Support and maintain all company policies, including Health and Safety Requirements, GMP, and standard work procedures.
+ Maintain a clean workspace and 5S standards in the work area.
+ Maintain lean initiatives and participate in lean projects.
+ Provide suggestions and actively participate in process improvements to eliminate non-value-added activities.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
