Responsible for supervising associates to accomplish department and organizational objectives. Encourages continual growth in associates regarding business knowledge. Encourages and facilitates continuous improvements Responsible for validating, maintaining, and updating inventory Levels. Providing analytics, Improvement plans and coordinate their execution to achieve and exceed company inventory targets.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure Plans and strategies for Inventory level optimization are executed timely manner.
- Track Inventory and Materials department KPI
- Report deviations from target and establish on conjunction with Materials department staff actions for proper correction.
- Act as a change agent along the organization.
- Provides direction, support, and resources to individuals and teams.
