Summary About the Position: Serves as a Cyberspace Operations Plans and Programs Specialist for Headquarters United States European Command (HQ USEUCOM), EC311, Cyberspace Operation Division (CyOD), with responsibility for leading, managing, directing, integrating, coordinating, and synchronizing the execution of plans and programs for all CyOD branches. Responsibilities Conduct deliberate and crisis action planning for the Cyberspace Operations (CO) mission set with expertise in the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), Joint Operations Planning Process (JOPP), and Operational Planning Teams (OPTs). Exercise full authority to establish priorities and act on all Cyberspace Operation Division (CyOD) planning issues.
