Job Description

Fortinet is seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our Prague team supporting Fortinet’s flagship FortiGate firewall. You will provide technical guidance to customers and partners, perform real-time troubleshooting, and collaborate with back-line and development teams to resolve issues.
Required: Bachelor’s in CS or related field, 3–6 years in IT or technical support, strong networking (TCP/IP, OSI), and fluent English and Spanish.
