Core Responsibilities

  • Sales Technical Support: Partner with Account Managers in client meetings to identify cybersecurity challenges, technical requirements, and business objectives.
  • Solution Analysis & Design: Translate customer needs into a viable technical solution architecture, leveraging the company’s portfolio of products and services.
  • Technical Presentations & Demonstrations: Deliver high-impact presentations and product/service demonstrations to diverse audiences, ranging from technical users to C‑Level executives.
  • Documentation Development: Collaborate on the creation of technical proposals, responses to RFPs/RFIs (Request for Proposal/Information), SOWs (Statements of Work), and design documentation.
  • Business Development & Prospecting: Participate in technical prospecting and lead qualification - either independently or alongside the sales team - to identify opportunities within strategic accounts.
