Lead Directive Consulting's cybersecurity strategy as the Director of IT Security. Manage risks and enhance security in a fully remote environment.
This strategic role reports to the Head of Finance and is fundamental in shaping Directive’s information security posture across the US, Canada, Mexico, and the UK. You will establish a mature cybersecurity program, ensuring the protection of our workforce, client data, and technology ecosystem from cyber threats. Your proactive approach will enhance compliance and readiness against evolving risks, aligning security with business innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the cybersecurity strategy and roadmap
• Conduct ongoing risk assessments across the organization
• Own the incident response program
• Lead compliance initiatives including SOC 2 Type II
