Key Responsibilities include:
Account Management, Safe Access Management and Daily Operations
Create, modify, onboard and deactivate user accounts in Cyber Ark as per organizational policies and procedures. Ensure timely provisioning and de-provisioning of privileged accounts. Manage and maintain Cyber Ark safes, ensuring appropriate access controls are in place. Monitor and audit Perform daily checks and maintenance of the Cyber Ark environment to ensure optimal performance. Respond to user requests and incidents related to Cyber Ark access and functionality.
Active Directory Management
Manage user and group accounts in Active Directory, ensuring proper access rights and permissions are assigned. Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot Cyber Ark errors with Active Directory for seamless authentication and authorization.
