Cyber Security Specialist

Lead and manage the cybersecurity unit with P&L responsibility integrating technical excellence with commercial success. Responsible for driving cybersecurity strategy, operations, project delivery, revenue growth, and client satisfaction, while managing teams and stakeholder relationships.

• Own end-to-end cybersecurity business operations, balancing technical delivery with commercial objectives.
• Take full responsibility for the Profit & Loss (P&L) of the Cybersecurity Unit, ensuring revenue growth and profitability.
• Develop and execute cybersecurity strategy aligned with market demands and company goals.
