Cyber Incident Manager (Toronto)

What you’ll be doing

As a Senior Information Security Consultant – Incident Management, you will lead enterprise response to cyber incidents, coordinate with key partners, establish and manage workstreams, track work items, provide enterprise‑level reporting, and act as the liaison between Information Security and business and technology partners.

How you’ll succeed

• Lead internal and third‑party incident management and conduct executive and line‑of‑business reporting on incident trends, impacts, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop, maintain and enhance documentation for the incident management process; manage the Cyber Security Incident Management process and keep all relevant parties informed of updates.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal SMEs and external experts to manage organization‑wide cybersecurity incidents.
