Noblis ESI is seeking an experienced **Cyber Capability Project Manager** to support our client in Quantico, VA.
**Responsibilities Include:**
+ Serve as a key member of the Air Force Cyber Program under the guidance of a Senior Program Manager.
+ Plan and oversee technical Cyber Investigations and Operations projects to ensure timely completion, adherence to scope, and compliance with Air Force, Department of Defense, and Intelligence Community regulatory guidance.
+ Lead full lifecycle project management efforts, including planning, resource identification, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
+ Design and proactively manage project plans; monitor progress, resolve issues, and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
+ Manage initiatives using established project management methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile frameworks.
