Typical Duties
- Customer Experience Program (CXP) and E‑Warranty Program
- Be the subject‑matter expert (SME) for both digital solutions
- Serve as the key person handling queries from WD customers and Partners‑of‑Sale (POS)
- Provide technical training to WD customers and POS
- Gather feedback from WD customers and POS and forward it to the global CXP team for improvement
- Support the development and continuous enhancement of both programs
- Provide first‑line support for WD, POS and end‑consumer feedback (social media, email, etc.)
- Respond to inquiries in mailboxes
- Support issuance of credit notes for approved claims
- Support the Technical Manager
- Lead data filing, compilation and reporting of SEA Warranty & Claims activities
- Act as SME for car fitment
- Support the Trade Marketing Manager
