Peak Support is seeking an experienced CX Tools Administrator with deep expertise in customer experience platforms—particularly Zendesk and Salesforce—to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in the BPO or call center industry who thrives in a dynamic, multi-client environment.
You will be responsible for the administration, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of our CRM and support platforms, with Zendesk and Salesforce as primary systems, while also supporting Intercom, Gorgias, and Gladly. You will collaborate across internal teams and directly with clients to ensure these tools power efficient, scalable, and high-quality customer operations.This is an excellent opportunity for a CRM specialist who wants to make a significant impact by building customer experience solutions across multiple accounts in the BPO sector.
