EarnIn seeks a SiteOps Specialist to ensure operational efficiency, reliability, and user lifecycle management across CX systems. The role sits at the intersection of CX Operations, IT, Security, and Engineering, administering key platforms and driving incident workflows.

This hybrid role based in Mexico City requires hands-on work with Jira, Okta hygiene, and CX tooling like Zendesk/SunCo and AWS Connect. EarnIn offers healthcare, stipends, and travel opportunities to our Palo Alto HQ.
