RAKEZ (Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone) seeks a senior CX & CRM optimization leader to own end-to-end customer journeys, with emphasis on amendment and deregistration processes, across Salesforce and related platforms.

The role focuses on process re-engineering, Lean Six Sigma, data analytics, and close collaboration with IT and government touchpoints to improve CSAT, NPS and journey throughput. 6–10 years of experience in the UAE market preferred.
