The CX Accounts & Billing Lead is responsible for owning the end-to-end execution of customer billing, accounts receivable and credit control for Rex's SaaS customers. This role ensures billing accuracy, disciplined collections and a clear, professional customer experience, while maintaining strong data integrity across financial and customer systems.
Reporting into the CX and Finance leadership, this role partners closely with Customer Experience (CX) and Finance teams to ensure billing processes are efficient, compliant and continuously improving.
Role Mandate
Own and execute all customer billing, invoicing and collections activities, ensuring customers are billed correctly, payments are collected on time, and all account data is accurate, auditable and aligned to customer contracts.
