**Responsibilities for a Logistics Specialist include but are not limited to: **
+ Perform order entry, load planning, routing, and dispatching using Freight Optimizer and logistics systems
+ Monitor daily pickups and deliveries, ensuring on-time performance and proper shipment handling
+ Communicate with drivers, customers, and account managers regarding shipment status, delays, and updates
+ Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies including shortages, damages, and overages while maintaining accurate records
