Job Description

Role Description:

• Perform field service jobs as assigned and ensure job execution results in customer satisfaction and compliance with all safety standards.
• Complete and submit service reports timely to department coordinator for capturing man hours and travel hours into SAP for analysis.
• Conduct testing and equipment failure analysis on customers' equipment to improve and stabilize performance; recommend parts when necessary.
• Maintain allocated service tools and all personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with EHS standards and company policies.
• Maintain service facilities and vehicles according to 5S standards and recommend repair and servicing as required.
• Participate in periodic service and safety training to update product knowledge and meet industry EHS statutory requirements.
