Key Accountabilities

• Analyze and measure monthly impairment numbers.
• Understand impairment drivers.
• Forecast credit impairment provisions for the different budgeting periods (revised annual forecasts, short‑term plans (12 months) and medium‑term plans (60 months)).
• Assist in setting collection targets (on‑and off‑balance sheet) in line with the budget.
• Analyse collections performance in line with risk appetite.
