Your Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer interactions via phone, email, and/or chat in French
Provide support related to:
Product usage & basic troubleshooting
Orders, deliveries, returns, and general inquiries
After-sales and account-related support
Ensure a high-quality customer experience
Accurately document interactions in internal systems
Meet defined quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction KPIs
Escalate complex cases when needed and follow resolution procedures
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
