A global clearing and forwarding company is looking for a Customs Supervisor to oversee a team of 7 Entry Clerks handling imports and exports across all transport modes.

Supervise and mentor a team of 7 Entry Clerks.
Oversee customs clearances across imports and exports for all modes of transport.
Monitor workflow and ensure shipments are allocated and processed within required turnaround times.
Manage the customs dashboard, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective action where necessary.
Support the team with complex tariff classifications and customs-related queries.
Ensure all customs documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with legislative requirements.
Maintain quality assurance standards and minimise entry errors.
