Job Description

Essential Job Functions 


  •  Monitoring the import mailbox. Respond to internal & external stakeholders. Dealing with queries timely.

  • Review invoices and assign import tariff & customs procedure codes.

  • Checking invoices to make sure all other information is present to support an import clearance.

  • Providing import clearance instructions to the party responsible for import clearance.

  • Support with classification of import tariff codes.

  • Manage log data entry.

  • File management to support archiving of email communication and documents relating to a shipments clearance.

  • Interrogate systems to support investigation.

  • Follow established work instructions, processes and procedures.
