• Document Verification: Obtain and verify shipping documents from customers to ensure all necessary paperwork is in order.
• Timeline Coordination: Check vessel ETA and coordinate clearance timelines to facilitate timely cargo release.
• Liaise with Agents: Work closely with shipping agents to obtain Notice of Arrival (NOA) and manage logistics.
