Customs Declaration Agent

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit customs declarations and related documentation in compliance with local and international regulations.
• Review Low Value Goods (LVG) and High Value shipments.
• Verify shipment details, invoices, and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Liaise with customs authorities and relevant government agencies to facilitate clearance processes.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely customs clearance.
• Stay updated on customs laws, tariffs, and international trade regulations.
• Resolve issues or discrepancies related to customs declarations.
• Maintain proper records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Collaborate with logistics, freight, and supply chain teams to coordinate shipments.
• Assist in compliance audits and investigations when required.
