Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate import and export shipping documents. (E.g. Commercial Invoice, Packing list, Bill

of Lading etc.)

• Must accurately enter all shipping details to system as per documents.
• Pass over jobs either to local team mate, counterpart or send for lodgment all compiled and tasks.
• Ensure accuracy of completed works at all times
• Comply with data integrity and security policies
• Provide customers with product and service information with the highest quality standard
• Research any required information using available resources
• Other tasks assigned by the Team Leader or the client
