Customs Declarant

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepares and review the necessary documents in filing and releasing of shipment to BOC

• Classify and compute the duty and tax for client approval and entry lodgment/submission to BOC and monitors BOC portal response

• Responsible in sending for BOC assessment, SAD and FAN for client's payment of Duty and Tax

• Responsible for entry lodgment and submission to BOC portal and monitor BOC response in portal

• Responsible for BOC assessment, email to client single administrative documents and final assessment notice for client's payment of duties and taxes

• Check and ensure compliance with all regulatory permits and needed requirements per client

• Prepare and review the required customs documents needed for releasing of cargoes from BOC and accredited warehouse
