Customs Compliance Coordinator

What you’ll be doing

Preparing and managing essential customs documentation, including:
* Goods Movement References (GMRs)
* European Logistics Envelopes (ELEs)
* Safety & Security Declarations
* ICS2 Declaration
* IPAFFS documentation
* Processing customer orders and accurately entering data into our transport management system
* Ensuring all charges and costs are applied correctly
* Verifying that the correct customs agents are assigned to each shipment
* Monitoring the progress and discharge of Transit (T1) documents, ensuring they are processed correctly and sent to the appropriate EU customs agents
* Responding to customer and driver enquiries via telephone and email, delivering a professional and efficient service
* Working collaboratively across departments to identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the efficiency of the Customs Compliance Team
