Purpose
Provide support and assistance for foreign trade operations, ensuring compliance to guarantee the minimum requirements for OEA, IVA and CTPAT certifications, in addition, to foreign trade promotion programs such as IMMEX, PROSEC, etc.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Essential obligations and responsibilities
.Asset inventory
- Capture of catalogs in the Prisma database
- Assisting in the information requested by finance personnel
- Maintenance of fixed assets electronic file
- Support, data collection, and transaction capture in SAP system
**Skills, Knowledge & Expertise**:
Desirable education, skills, and/or experiences
- Truncated degree in foreign trade or related field.
- MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Prisma Database knowledge (desirable).
- SAP (Desirable)
- 1+ years of experience in custom (desirable)
